"I can absolutely say that my mind, body and soul has felt lighter after each session. A moment that stood out to me, is just a few minutes into the session I burst into tears, unexpectedly. This is important to note, because I have not cried in the longest and had even been working with a therapist (unsuccessfully) to uncover what was making me feel so numb. These tears were also not brought on by anything distressing or triggering but, by me envisioning a more expansive version of myself. I felt such a release in that moment.
